On November 24th, the on-site OJT of Sanyuan Aluminum Company was officially launched.Using the production of the first approved textbook: "Standard operating Specifications for the start-up of the Slitting Machine", the trainee coach Wang Fufa conducted the first on-site OJT training for the coaching staff and the members of the textbook group to verify the practicality and operability of the textbook.

OJT---The path to achieve lean production
OJT (On the Job Training) is a system for training employees on the job, which means that employees will receive long-term systematic training and education.It is characterized by training conducted by qualified coaches in accordance with standard teaching materials in the post.The main content includes three aspects: technology, management (analysis and problem-solving methods), professional ethics and values. Following the official launch of the on-site OJT of Sanyuan Aluminum Company, the on-the-job training of OJT in the two factories is in full swing. It is understood that from the end of November to the beginning of December, the textbook team approved the first batch of qualified textbooks within ten working days, totaling 16 copies.The internship coaches of various departments are individualized and teach department employees in strict accordance with the four-step method of OJT teaching. The on-the-job training of 8 teaching materials was completed within five working days, and the relevant training information was uploaded to the OJT promotion work group in real time, which was unanimously recognized and encouraged by the company's leaders.At the same time, the Lean production working group also awarded carefully customized gifts to the internship coaches.

On December 30th, the certification ceremony of the first batch of coaches of Sanyuan Aluminum Company OJT was successfully held.The leaders of the company's management committee, the lean production working group, the first batch of teaching staff of the two factories and the first batch of coaching staff participated in the certification ceremony through video linkage. At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Du delivered a speech. Longkou Sanyuan Production Department Reading Club was officially established
On January 27, 2022, the Longkou Sanyuan Production Department Reading Club was officially established and officially shared for the first time.
